New System
To All: I have added new methods of communication to accomidate you all. Because each of you have different questions, concerns, and comments yet have all basically had to be routed to the same place, we know that some of you have not had the expediate responses that you are expecting or that you deserve. As we continuously to strive to exceed our level of customer service we have devised a system that will enable you to get the service you need in a more effecient manner. By adhereing to the following guidlines we can assure that you are handled in a timely fashion while having our undivided attention for the time you need it. Tech Support: If you have questions prior to (but have already received) or after installing your system please send an email to tech@badptrucks.com. Include your Name, Phone number, the system you purchased and a detailed explanation of what it is you are needing. The email may seem like an inconvienence but realize that if you call the store all you are going to be able to do is leave a message with reception. At this time Shane wants to handle all support questions himself. He is not by a phone until after 5:30pm, and can respond via email well in to the evening if need be. I will be watching the emails and if you have an emergency mark URGENT in the subject line and I will walk the problem through personally and get back to you ASAP. Tracking Information: If a tracking number is needed or the one you have is not showing any activity -Send and email to shipping@badptrucks.com The shipping department does not have access to the completed files therefore can not always give you a number immediately. A response to the email will be faster and will be more accurate as research can be done if needed prior to a response to you. All other questions can be sent to lori@badptrucks.com for customer service questions while you are making a descision on what exactly you would like to purchase. If you need to place a phone order the 281-576-7788 number is the dedicated line for sales calls. I am sorry if these seems inpersonnal in any way. We are just trying to get so many of you taken care of in a day's time and can multi-task the phones and emails rather then having the machine answer the phones when they are tied up. Also, We are changing the shipping schedule. We are diligently working on new products. We have reserved Fridays for R&D and testing. Emails will be responded to but the store will be closed. Mondays are dedicated to installs. Orders placed on the weekend will not actually go into process until Tuesday. In most cases this will not effect the lead time but to be sure we are setting the time out to 10 business days rather then 7. Each of these items are built to speck depending on the cab size and bed length of your truck. We have plenty of parts in stock granted but they each have to be prepared, and we do that on a first come first serve basis. I hope you all find that this system will expidite communication.
