I have a couple of the pieces that need to go back on but they are on the back of the fender where it bolts on, but on the front side of one of the its broke but everything is still there. I would like to fix these the most.

go to an autobody store and use a product called fusor #100. 3m, kent ,SEM also make the same product, it will work a lot better than fiberglass.

when i made my fender flares i used my old ones as a template and pattern, but if you use fiberglass, which will work very nicely, grind out some of the old material and lay down your resin then put on your glass and work it in, go over the old material and sand off later to the desired contour. if you need some filler, filler epoxy 101 or 300 i think by west marine. its a fiber filler for the resin. ill look up the number later on. and if you need to bond a small crack use MarineTex Epoxy.

We use Kent Ind. 2 part epoxy adhesives with a mesh backing over the repair area to add a little strength.
