well here's the deal my arrest record aint that greta especially with "minorities" and fighting and my Ssgt. would have beat my......cause i was reserve marine and i just switched active and all 3 of us would have gotten 1st degree assualt 2 charges and i don't feel like going to jail i rather have the truck fixed but don't worry we won!!!! i went to a collision center and one of my buds who was in the car is personal friends with the owner let's just say final price was around $1,500 and yah he'll charge me about 850-900 dollars so i'll make out w/ around $600 cash and they get to spend a while in jail and a while working for the city you know so they get the feel of a real job but they won't get a check it'll just go straight to me the best is when one kid got released w/ his mom and she came up n and we gave her hell right back and this dude w/ a k-9 unit came out and gave em a lickn and as they drove off he waived and said bye it was priceless he laughed afterwards and yah it was actually a really good feeling cause they pulled out the race card saying we were yelling slang terms out the window and that's why they threw the rocks and the cop was like nope don't believe you. Wait the very best is when we were identifying the 2 suspects and the one had a black wife beater on when he threw the rocks and he had a t-shirt on when we went to go identify them and the girl cop who we knew personally(she's cool but doesn't mess around liek she looks cute but i would never date her like she could put a hurtin on someone 4x her size) asked us if that was him wer elike we think so but he should have a black wife beater on so she runs over tell the kid to lift his shirt so he grabs the bottom of his shirt pulls up and we saw stomach and we were like sh!t then she walked up and pulled the beater down turned him around slammed his face to the ground and arrested him and we were like holy **** haha and yah it was a better night then i thought it was after the whole ordeal the k-9 unit guy came over and talked diesel w. us he was a proud duramax owner but his words exactly " those first gens w/ that old body style look and sound f-n mean." so yah it was a good night but yah we turned around and were very close to woopin some i mean one of my steel step ups rusted through and its behind my seat so if i woulda grabbed that there would be a bulletin readin Cummins Forum member cummins_spool_spinner jailed for using rusty step up bar as a beating tool in fatal aggravated assualt, witnesses say 2 africans threw rocks at his frist gen he got out out wioth 2 others and put a worl a hurt on those 2 boys, not smart at all. But don't worry it's all good new piant job windows grill and lights it'll look very nice plus i get to pocket $600 i might have enough for that hx40 or a new tranny. thanks guys for the support.

all i can say is no matter what you are still a better man than me. I wouldnt even waste the energy of fighting somebody like that id just pull the trigger and what can anybody say my life was in danger i was protecting myself and property.
