Man, those turned out pretty good bud. What happened to the Cummins badge's? You are definitely the first person I have seen that has done this. What did you use to paint them?

Anymore suggestions from anyone?

thanks man. i removed them from their place on the truck. then scuffed, primed and painted. same as i did with everything else on my truck. for some reason the paint didn't want to adhere as well to the "C" as it did to everything else. so i scrapped them and have had no problems with anything else i blacked out. everything that was chrome is no more. your truck would look sick done in black. any specifics you want p.m. me and we can talk about it. good luck.

Seems like you would want to sand all the chrome off first. then either use Krylon plastic fusion or use a plastic primer then automotive paint and clear.

nmmega, i thinkvit would look nice if you took a small artist paint brush and some white paint, maybe nailpolish(?) and paint the "cummins" "turbo diesel" and "mega cab" white. It would make them stand out a little more and i think they would look better. Just take some time and they willl be sweet

When I was home, I was dealing with the Hurricane, so I never got around to doing it!! Hopefully when I go back home, everything will be normal again, and I can get on that, and post some pics!!
