winch bumper painted

I got a winch bumper for my truck.I wanted to lineX it but 500 was to high.Is there any other ideas out there to give it a textured look?

buy one of thos roll on bedliners from the parts store.

Its called Hurculiner. Just make sure you use a epoxy primer first. let the primer dry for a couple of days first. good luck mike ( OH its a really course texture )
