If it is still stuck on there good you dont have to remove it. We recoat them all the time. You need to scuff it up really well with a cup brush and use a tie coat primer to help the new liner to bond well. go to Pure Poly, Supplying The Worlds Poly Industry they have everything you could ever need for bedliner and a ton more. Tech support there is awsome too ask for Randy.

You can buy a really thin scraper for a air hammer. that workes pretty good.its the kind thay use to remove body side mouldings, just take your time and be gental. its just an option , it has worked for me.
