Got my brackets from the salvage yard today, There's before and after shots. I'll see if I have time to weld them on tomorow.




Custom crew cab by me, DTT transmission internals,DB 48re single disk converter, Airdog 150, KDP tabed,ARP head studs, DDP stage 2 injectors, 100 plate, custom AFC, 60# valves springs, colt stage 3 big stick, 4k gsk, BD Super B, BD 3PC exhaust manifold, silverline 4" SS downpipe, 4" magnaflow exhaust with MBRP muffler, amsoil eaau4510 air filter, Custom front and rear bumpers by me, Autometer gauges, Toyo AT2's on 20x10 fuel hostage, custom 2" body lift, custom control arms, custom trac bar and bracket.

took me about 1/2 hour per bracket to cut and grind off welds, would've been alot easier on me if the salvage yard wouldn't broke there gas saw. They had to resort to using torchs to cut the frame around the brackets. And lets just say the guy on the torchs needs more practice.

I may be alone on this but I am thinking a 2nd gen crew cab looks better than a mega cab but the crew cab extended cab is a little much if i have to say so myself...

i think it will look more proportioned than a mega cab. not so much metal behind the doors

Tacked on my set of brackets today, took me about 2 hours of measuring to get them just right. I'll do the final welding once the conversions done and the cab is off the frame for bodywork. So that way if I did screw up on my measurements I can grind the tack welds off and move them around. You can never be to carefull...
