bumper question

i have a stock 2006 slt bumper with fogs currently on my truck. i want to buy the paintable oem gray bumper but it has grilles where the fogs would be. any idea if these come off so i can use my fogs?

well i found a nice laramie bumper so never mind haha. just going to have to get it painted. anyone wanna trade a chrome grille for the grey plastic base model one?
