I'd go twin pumps first. They'll likely be bigger bang for your buck because it sounds like an overall lack of fuel is holding you back more than lack of bottom-end air is.

Our Twin CP3 kit would not only prevent you from draining the rail, but it would also help you spool up quicker amongst other things. Even though your rail pressure isn't dropping on the bottom end, fuel atomization is much better with Twin CP3's across the board, which does help a good deal with throttle response & turbo spool time. In general, a stock single CP3 is usually good to support 500-600 hp but rarely more than that, and it won't do it nearly as efficiently as Twins. With what you've got going on, you'll likely gain overall power with the Twin kit in addition to the other benefits.

Upgrading to compounds would help you out on the bottom end without a doubt, but may have the downside of automatically bumping you up a class for pulling. Even if you're looking to move up a class, you'll still need more fuel to be competitive there.

No, Six is usually pretty busy this time of year. He likes to hit a bunch of the pulls.

I think the crickets either moved on or died waiting for somebody to drop a crumb

Ah I see - Well that's reassuring, I thought I'd scared him off. I'll just patiently for him to post back

sorry I was patiently waiting for that dual cp3 to show up at my door step I would not have a problem with that. That dual kit would be nice but man do they come with a price, I am sure that's my problem or that could help out a lot.

I can make that happen, ya know... Just need full name & address, plus a specific 16 digit numeric code followed by an expiration date

You're right, admittedly they're not cheap, but to put things in perspective building a 600 rwhp puller isn't either... It's always easier to spend money on power makers as opposed to power supporters, because they give you the biggest kicks, but beyond the basic upgrades, it's all about putting things in to let you use the potential you've already bought & paid for & are just not getting yet.

Take the cost of the Twin CP3's and spread some of it across the cost of those things not living up to their full potential (your nozzles that could be giving you more power, the big programming that could be giving you more power, etc.), and it's a little easier to justify. You've basically paid for products that are under-performing until you give them what they need... You spent more on bigger injectors & hotter programs, so look at this like not only buying the fuel system but buying a package in which you're upgrading those things again to higher levels of performance.

Very good points Eric, except the cost of the bigger injectors.

I like the 16 digit part.

Glad to hear it, and thanks for the kind words - I'll make sure Mike sees this! Let us know if there's anything else we can help you out with, and enjoy the flexplate!
