At this point thankfully i have nothing wrong with my truck. I only have an Edge/attitude on my truck right now and am running with the EGR unplugged. I am wanting to do a DPF delete here soon but i just want to make sure i have a place to go if something goes wrong. Obviously i dont expect them to warranty the tranny if ive been doing 4x4 boosted launches with it turned up...

But when i went to a local dealer here in Fayetteville i was told that they would void my warranty if i even put gauges on it!.

Lewis Chrysler will screw you over any way they can. I have heard stories of them trying to void your warranty for K&Ns in the stock air box... At the very least go to Springdale dodge. The parts guy there at least knows his stuff. Oh and I hear the Harrison dealer aint bad....

I doubt that Springdale Dodge will be much better. I talked to their diesel tech. He told me to not put a chip on it. He was real cool though. We talked about the egr and the turbo cleaning stuff. He told me just come in and say that the check engine light is on and he would update the ecm and enable the PTO function and a few other small things. He did say things have been getting better and they would probably release another flash within 6 months and basically the new one uses less EGR.

if you have tranny problems those are normally fixed with no hassle. unless you tear up three of them in 36,000 miles. then they want to send a reprsentative to check out the truck and see what the problm is.

Amazingly, their are folks that would do stupid stuff like that. Me, I just want a reliable, powerful, and fuel efficient vehicle.

I use the lewis dodge, and have had some warranty work done, I had just the mp4 on, and he said since he had to order the parts that should be enough time to get a couple things off my truck..wink wink.. so they kind of worked with me. But have been in there 6 or 7 times for flash, recall, engine light problems. but not sure how they will act now with my edge, and cai. will let you know...
