Need a Shop In Conway

Hey guys, lookin' for a little help for my buddy. Can anyone recommend a shop around Conway Arkansas. A buddy of mine is currently working up there and needs is having a problem with his Duramax(I know I know, that is his problem). If anyone can recommend a good shop in that area I would really appreciate it, Thanks.

Thanks anyway.

He is having a hissing sound from under hood when engine is under load. Can't find it when vehicle is sitting still, just when taking off. He has the banks 6 gun package with cold air and monster exhaust and muffler with cat removed. He has taken it to out local GM dealer a couple times and they cant find the problem. It is showing egr codes and the GM tech said all they are to do is to clear the codes and go agian. He said that has been the case on the other trucks brought in for this problem. They replaced the egr valve the other day and he said it got louder. It is not the turbo whistling or the intake sucking air either. Just trying to narrow the problem down.

get an EGR blocker and a finger stick for it, if that doesn't help, sell it and buy a dodge

I passed this on to him about the boots, he said the GM tech checked around for this also, but they still came up scratching there heads.

Nobody knows of a shop around Conway?

Sad to say, but most of what i found on the net are dealers.
Maybe roll it over to the diesel college and let them have a crack at it?
Sometimes you'll run into someone who's book smart and figure it out in a few minutes. I know our community college here locally will take on stuff like that for cheap. Never know...
