'07 classic, duramax/allison w/banks 6-gun, banks exhaust and air intake. He hasn't tried loading like that yet. I wasn't able to get over and help him check it out before he headed out to Arkansas. If he hasn't had anyluck with it when he comes home we will get together and try to figure it out. I will head over to some of the Duramax forums see what others have experienced, thanks anyway for all the input guys.

Quick update He took it in to a GM Dealer in the area and they found that an intercooler hose was almost off on one end ![]() I asked him 2 times if he or the other GM tech checked the all the hoses and he said yes. Turns out the new EGR valve that the other tech had put on had the wrong gasket under it and the correct one was still in the parts box. This cost him $200 for, not because of the all the Banks crap, but because the other GM tech f***ed up with the gasket on the EGR and he had to fix that. ![]() He wasn't going to charge hime for sliding the hose back on and retightening it. I told $200 wasn't bad for being able to have some warranty work done and not losing all the warranty due to the Banks stuff.
