Yes, since a 2 micron filter flows are a lower rate, and to prevent oil pressure issues, a bypass filter system only filters a small percentage of the oil pump's throughput. PM on the way!

i put the system on last weekend, it went very smoothly, but now when the truck gets warm the oil presssure drops right below 40 at idle, but when your driving it goes right above 40 like normal. and there is also a oil smell are these two things normal?

looking to do this on my '97 but I would really like to do the return back to the oil cap. Can you PM me a price on one of your single filter kits with the big filter and the new cap thing.

You priced me a kit for my truck in the sig awhile back but I have since forgot how much is was. I would like the bypass system with the return cap, oil filter, and oil. Thanks
