What I use in the truck is Valvoline and Rotella but not at the same time

I don't think you can go wrong with Royal Purple or AMSOIL. Or Schaeffers or any of the other high-dollar synthetics.

But, none of it smells as sweet as Rotella T.

Schaeffers is not nearly as high in price as the other two listed.
It is higher than the john deere oil but JD plus 50 isn't in the same league either.
Everyone I know who uses Schaeffers says it is giving better mileage than ANYTHING they have tried.
