Syntek Engine Boost 2.0
Okay, I have a couple buddies that are running this stuff and they say it works. I haven't tried it cause I don't know what the stuff is. My buddy with his dually is getting 23 mpg (3rd gen) the other is getting 25 mpg (3rd gen) and the other is at 21 mpg in his duramax. They all have more miles than I do (33k) and I'm getting around 18 mpg. Nothing that I have tried (2 stroke, Desel Kleen, Stanadyne) has helped with milage. Has anyone else heard of this stuff? Any concerns? Syntek Global

What little time I looked the site over it looks like it cleans up injectors so that they spray the fuel properly and stops junk from building up in the fuel system. Don't see how it could boost mpg in a engine with a clean fuel system but then I did not take a lot of time reading about it.
