I havent gone thorough a full bottle yet so I couldnt tell you how many miles it lasts. I have my regulator set to 2psi of propane flowing into the intake.

Why are we dumping the propane into the turbo agian and not tapping the intake horn?

Because you'd have to map the flow.

IE: (2psi feed of propane for the engine, have to match boost psi and add to overcome)

5psi boost - 7psi propane
10psi boost - 12psi propane
15psi boost - 17psi propane
20psi boost - 22psi propane

If you didn't map it out and had your propane set to a static say 7psi. You'd only have propane coming into the engine at 5-6psi. Anything over that would be forcing pressure back into the propane plumbing.

There's talks of using venturi to overcome this. I've not looked into that yet though.

I plan on using synflex for a propane line and standard 3/8" airline fittings..

I haven't figured that out yet. I've got almost everything I need for mine. (going to experiment with a pressure regulator I got) I've got some plane jane clear hose that I was going to use to "see" what's going on at first. I picked up a hose barb and fender washer for my intake tube. (I've got the BHAF, so I've got to install in the tube) I happened to have a spare bung for NPT that I was going use to "clamp" it on the inside (with threadlock to hold it in place.

I hope that I'll get time tomorrow to work on it. I'm also removing the tap I put in place for my boost gauge, installing a section of pipe, a tee, and reinstalling the barb for the boost gauge and the hobbs switch there instead of drilling and tapping the intake horn.
