The cell that I've seen work is the one that comes with a ecm fooler, gasser. They lean the fuel which is how you get the mileage increase. I don't recall any one diesel programmer does this. Without a way to cut some fuel and timing, I seriously doubt it will work.

I've finished building a smocks cell. I just don't think one cell will produce enough brown gas to help. I've email treedr at dieseltruckresource and he's using 4-5 cells in series. Yes, it's in his bed.

I'm going to try mine but I don't think it's going to work. I'm going to try it anyways.

Diesel Hydrogen Fuel Alternative

I just checked out the videos on You Tube.
I did not see a resistor or a capacitor.
Check them out.
I am not saying that the thing is hooked directly to a battery.
I am just pointing out what I see in the videos.

Hydrogen Diesel Alternative

I got a message from a friend who told me about a site called jeffotto.com
He says that they will sell a fuel cell kit with applications that reprogram the computer.
He says that when you add a fuel cell without reprogramming, a lot of the fuel is wasted because of the air flow and burn ratio in the motor.
I heard today that the big auto makers have been barred from producing hydrogen fuel cell vehicles by the oil companies.
I think we need to boycott the oil companies and possibly put them out of business.
They have us by the short hairs.
It is just finding a way to do it.
Veggie systems would work, but the hassle with getting the grease and filtering it is a pain.
My uncle has been pondering the idea of creating a vehicle that runs using hydraulics.
We are all smart guys, lets put our heads together.

HHO works Awsome in gas jobs, my friend and I have several installations going now.
Have spent over 2 years perfecting electronic controlls to keep it from boiling at max output.
My 2003 CTD has been runnung screwey because i think a bad APPS. When I first installed our version I got around a 30% increase in around town, 16.5 to 19.4 mpg. Was bumping 24 highway (68mph) keep the rpm's under 2000.

I get that now at 70 without a generator. I dont have a highly explosive gas under the hood.

I built an HHO generator and have been testing it. It puts out 2 LPM @ 20Amps when cold and 4 LPM @ 40Amps when warm. The results are mixed on my turbocharged diesel one ton. Acceleration has improved but my MPG has decreased for both highway and city driving. I don’t know much about engines but wonder if I need to adjust something to get the MPG increase I am hoping for.

A few of the guys I work with have used schedule 40 PVC pipe with AN fittings and stainless steel safety wire spun on the inside to make the generator and a fire extinguisher bracket to hold it all down. One guy gets close to 40 mpg in a ranger but says it runs hot in the city and only turns it on while on the highway. I will build one for my grease burning diesel Jetta when someone gets better than my 55 mpg.
