I will post pictures of mine tommorow. I have 16 4x6 plates in a 6" pvc pipe. Yes it makes more gas the more potassium hydroxide I ad but it puts a load on the engine. The only increase I see is between 45 and 50 in overdrive at 28 amps. I have tried the venturi on the intake horn and it only works at low boost. Just coming out of the turbo is a good divergent duct that should work. I would like to try that but first Im going to try using an extra battery first by itself and use two relays with 8ga wire. I will then go over 35 amps with that set up. Im also working on a plate arangement that will allow me to have more in the same area. Oh that video of the escort car, im making three times that out of a 3/8 i.d. tygon

number5, I would be interested in seeing your pics. I have built something similar using stainless steel wall plates and 4" pvc. As far as your high amperage problem, and I can't speak from experience (yet), some folk suggest in my build plans to build a second unit and wire them in series: that would drop the voltage across the unit from 12 to 6 volts. As I've read, any voltage above about 1.25 goes into heat. Man, the hassle of trying to find pieces and parts to build that thing! To have to build a SECOND one, well, every time I pass the gas station and see $4.57/gallon, it doesn't sound like so much of a big deal. Let's see, to get down to 1.25 volts, I'd need seven generators? Overkill is a good start! Let's see those pics! |

A complete veg system with a centrifuge for filtration will run about 1,500 - 2,000. Once you are at this point the veg will cost about .10 a gallon. Easy to do with a Cummins. No problem with anything blowing up. I think I will stick with this.

but your alternator spins all the time weather the regulator puts out energy or not so if you harness the unutilized energy of spinning alternator, use it for the on board electrolyzer it captures the waste energy by breaking water and feeding the explosive gas through the air intake, which theoretically aids in the combustion process. We built 1 out of reg stainless steel wall plates and 4" pvc fittings, make sure you incorporate some kind of blow of top or bubbler so you dont explode the electrolyzer(hydrogen is a very explosive gas). Its added about a 6% efficiency on a regular gas engine, supposedly its better suited for diesels and it only took about $150 to build look up smack booster on you tube. As to the effects it has on the engine its debatable, but I think compression ignition creates more pressure and diesels are designed for it.

Electrolyzer
Actually the more amps you are sucking out of your electrical system the more drag you are putting on your alternator. I built one of these for my truck and I didn't see any results. I ended up filling milk jugs with the hydrogen and oxygen and blowing them up. They are LOUD. It sounded like a canon. I woke half the neighborhood.

I have seen this thing on you tube and from what I understand what they are making is called "brown's gas." It is a process where the water is electrically charged and it produces hydrogen. One if the videos on you tube shows the guy's experiment exploding because of the volatility of the hydrogen. I have a friend who had his truck switched over to this technology and he says it is getting up to 45 mpg. The company that installed it says that it can be changed back to regular diesel pretty easily and they tune the truck to get what the driver wants. My only concern is that this is hydrogen. It explodes and when it explodes, it causes DAMAGE!! I keep thinking of the Hindenburg when I think of a hydrogen fuel cell. What is the chance it will blow up if you get hit on the freeway? Why hasn't this technology been used before? I know that the oil companies have bought out all of the inventions that are cheaper to operate than gas or diesel and that is why there is no other concept that works. I put a Superchip in my truck and I get between 19-22 mpg in the city and 23-26 mpg on the highway. That is about what these crossovers get and I don't have to have a new car payment to get this mileage. The old lady has a VW Passat TDI. If she let her foot off of the accelerator, she would get 45+ mpg, but she has to drive 90 and only gets 35mpg. That is my take on it. I just wanted to know if anybody else had any knowledge on the water4gas/diesel thing. thanks, albert

Hydrogen fuel cell
From what I have seen, the guy in the you tube vid just hooks up the electrodes to a battery. I haven't seen a resistor or capacitor that reduces the amperage or anything like that. The pic that I saw in the plans didn't show much and they did not talk about any additives in either the you tube vid or the plans that I saw. I would guess that you have to buy the plans to get the full scoop. If anybody else has tried it, please let me know. I am thinking of getting a system and putting it on my kid's chevy truck. Although it isn't a dodge, it is a good guinea pig truck to test out the thing on. have a good one, albert

Heck with the EU paying between $7-10.00 per gallon for fuel you would think all of the cars and truck there would have one if it worked like they claim! Being not even the people in the EU have one tells you a lot about HHO, it must not work or they would have one hooked up to every car and truck through out the EU. JMHO
