This is good stuff. Now that I have been building my own hydrogen cells for about 4yrs. Not selling them either just my own interests. I have seen 15% improvements on my 97dodge and lots of gas engines.
On my 04 and my current 05 I can not say for sure that I'm getting any improvements. I think on the third gen trucks the pilot injection is burning the H before it can do any good. On a side note they say the pilot injection shuts off at higher rpms, my truck sure pulls hard from about 2700-3200rpms. Maybe H?
I have always put the H in before the air filter and this is the first I've heard of putting it in after the intercooler. I don't know why it would make any differance but lets find out for sure if possible.

I agree, pre-turbo...... Best spot........ The suction between the turbo and the air filter creates a (very) small vacuum that helps the cell generate more hydrogen............ That's why they work SOOO well on gasser's..............

I read a rumor that EFILive was working on a system for the Cummins. Sounds like that system has the ability to adjust the timing and pilot ignition on the duramax from some comments on people who were adjusting for it. Would be interesting to shut down/minimize the pilot injection and make up for it with hydrogen and delayed timing...

Just a FYI, mine quit working right after I mixed a bunch of alcohol in the water to keep it from freezing. It did work for a short time as I was increasing the mixture of alcohol. It didn't freeze at zero but you could tell the thing didn't make as many bubbles. the temps have been around 15 above to 10 below for a while now. It's a hassle to mess with the water freezing. One of the warmer days I did clear out the alcohol and reintroduce water, that's when I found it to not work at all. Everything appeared to be powered. I have given up on the unit until it warms up outside. hopefully it will be warming in a few weeks. I plan on cleaning the unit with CLR. maybe that with get it working again. I also need to get a amp meter.

What about tapping onto a coolant or oil line and wrapping the cell with it, or using some of electric tape, like what you can use on your outdoor plumbing to keep it from freezing?

I've put HHOO in my cell and so far can't really tell any difference. I wish I had a lab to work in. HHOO hydrogen peroxide.

if the hydrogen is introduced pre-turbo, then the heat from the turbo will make the H2 expand, therefore you wont have the density of hydrogen going in the engine as you would introducing it after the turbo and intercooler
