I actually run HHO systems on my trucks. They do work very good. the only down fall to these systems is that in my line of work with as many miles as I drive, is how often you have to clean the system. I only recently changed over to HHO, but am very satisfied with it ans have seen fuel increases in the neighborhood of 48%. I should have a better grasp of gains and cost in a couple months.

I am sold. Well not completely, but I am pretty much sold. I am going to do a little more research and call around and talk to some people. I am going to get one on my pickup and my wifes car. I would love to see 34 mpg for my pickup!!! They also say there is an increase in power of around 10%. Again, I can't complain about that. I might get one for my Kenworth W900, they make a kit for big rigs. I hope to get around 7-8 in the Kenworth, that would cut down on my fuel bills dramatically. 500 hp x 10% and 2000 lb ft x 10%, won't be able to keep the drivers from spinning.

Hmmm... I just read every one of those posts on the previous discussion almost a year ago. I just learned a bunch. I am trying to make time to call, But I am working a ton of hours and haven't had time to follow up. If Anybody calls, please post any new info you got. I am eager to ask if they are running through the intercooler and not in the intake tube. Thanks

From what I understand they are running it into the intake elbow (i.e. pressure side). They create a venturi effect, you should read some of the info on their page, some of their affiliates (local distributors) also have information on how they install the units on the diesel, I looked at the one here in WA. I don't have an after market elbow yet but this could be a good enough reason to get one, one that is already drilled and tapped that is. I am going to call them sometime this week though, I will post what information that I find out. One of their testimonials is from a guy that is running a Dodge CTD and he went from 21 mpg to 34 mpg. According to my math, in other words don't trust me, thats a 61.5% increase in fuel economy!! They also claim that there is about a 10% increase in power as well as an increase in fuel mileage.

OK, so I should put it a little further away. How am I going to justify getting a new intake elbow. I thank you for the advice dodgerep but you are killing me here. So how much further away should I put it? And can I still make an argument to get a new intake elbow? (yes I am fishing here)
