Tiny Reactor Boosts Biodiesel Production
The device — about the size of a credit card — pumps vegetable oil and alcohol through tiny parallel channels, each smaller than a human hair, to convert the oil into biodiesel almost instantly. See the whole article here http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20060419/...microreactor_1 |

I'm curious about the micron rating of the parallel channels. It may be too small to allow the use of WVO. That would mean you need fresh, unused vegetable oil. That adds to the cost substantially. It'll be interesting to see where the research goes - this does have some potential.
