I use to work for a trucking company that ran Schaefers Synthetic oil in their trucks. They ran Schaefers synthetic oils in engines, transmissions, and rear ends. They also used diesel treat 2000 and had very good results with it. I use to run Schaefers Soy Shield fuel additive in my truck because when i worked at that company I got a decent price from their supplier. I have been thinking about running schaefers oils in my pick-up too.

Schaeffer's is a family-owned company that has been in business since about 1839. They started building axle greases for the wagon trains heading out West & are still building very high quality products, today.

The Chevron Delo-400 had great used oil analysis reports due to the addition of moly & boron to their additive package. This was with their old CI-4+ formulation. I'm not sure about their new CJ-4 formulation. It is, probably, altogether different, today.

Used the 5W-40 Series 9000 for 9318 miles. Mileage was up almost 1/2mpg, and it started and ran noticebly smoother. Shipping and handling to AK for orders under $300 is a bit cost prohibitive, which is why it's not in the truck now. I'll certainly try to find a way to use it again though. As far as their other products...the grease and gear lubes are awesome, but I'm still not convinced of the effectiveness of the fuel additive.

I am running supreme 9000 5w-40 in my truck and seems great. Just changed front and rear diffs to the syn. 75w-90 and the transfer case to the syn. trans oil on friday. I will be sending off my first uoa since switching engine oil. I will be changing the transmission oil in another 15000 miles.

Hello... Where can I find a dealer in Northern California between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe?? There used to be one in Reno but they no longer carry the stuff...

I use the 9000 supreme.
