OK, but Phillips 66 is not on the list so I guess there are good ones that didn't make "the list". I'll just cut to the chase. Do you think the Valvoine is good or not? Sorry to put you on the spot (dont answer if you dont want to) but I've been using it and have three more qrts. Thanks again.okie

The Valvoline TCW-3 should be fine to use, but it DOES contain a higher percentage of additives and dispersants than the ones on the list. Most TCW-3 rated oils should be fine to use but the ones on the list are those that are made up of mostly lubricating oil and only a small percentage of dispersant additives. As for my previous post regarding the ULSD and the 6.7L.....streetrodder......I think I read your post a bit too fast. I thought you said "New Mexico" NOT "Mexico". I would be very wary of fueling anywhere OUTSIDE the U.S. Considering the problems we're facing right here in the states with cross-drops (gasoline in diesel tanks), water in fuel, and just plain inconsistent fuel quality at many fuel stations, I'd think refueling in Mexico would be equivalent to playing Russian roulette with your brand new and very fuel sensitive engine. The extra fuel tank to guarantee fresh ULSD would pretty much be priceless. Sorry about the mis-read info.

I'm taking a wild guess and would say it would be available around the "bigger" towns but I'd be looking into an auxilary tank and a really good padlock. Please be careful, my brother had his in-box auxilary tank confascated at the border. you can not take extra fuel across the border. |

Mopar man, Dont let them scare you, You have taught alot of guys on this forum alot about there trucks and if not made them think. Is there any harm in that? You are conducting an independent study and posting your findings. I was using PS in the gray and thanks to your info on your sight I added 32 ozs of 2 cycle oil with TC-W3 and I have noticed my engine noise has decreased. When I started using the PS I noticed a smoother idle. Just because someone disagrees with you and wants to discuss your findings and try and prove you wrong doesnt mean you have too. If you pull all of your info because they are questioning it maybe they are like the other forums and dont want it there because its not what they want. It really P!$$!$ me off that you are going to let them win. Ive seen alot of people reference you and your info to help people in search of answers. Back me on this BBRAM ![]() Leave it there if its controversial let them prove their product to us. They already know you arent buying from them but we are. Questions.... Are the effects of the chemicals canceling out the lubricity in your product? If your ending HFRR is at 520 and regular diesel is at 520 tell me why just putting 2 cycle and bringing the HFRR to 320 is such a bad idea? I lost my IP at 120,000 miles, if your product alone is sufficient can you promise me my pump will last 240,000 now because I use your product? Or will traces of 2 cyc make you say nuh? ![]() ![]() ![]() Mopar man your a stud!!!

Sorry, I was so mad that you pulled your stuff I didnt finish reading till I posted and then went back and read your back up and running MoparMan. I still stand by it though ![]() I have had an increase in mileage from the power service of 1.57 mpgs I hand calculate at every fillup have had no fillups since adding the 2 cyc though Ill let you know. I fill at flying J wich is the only large staion for about 75 miles I know the fuel doesnt sit in the tank long.

I had to pull my site down because someone called PS and gripe about my web pages... Well PS was calling my home, sending buckets of emails, and being a real bother. What it came down to is if I didn't pull my pages down and reword them I was going to be possibly sued over it... So now that the HFRR testing was done by TheDieselPlace I lost a huge amount of pressure from people and companies... I just hold up the testing and ask them to beat it!
