Besides most soot being sub micron size(less than 1 micron) and going into your injection pump, used oil is full of contamination from other chemicals that you probably don't want inside your fuel system and top end.
Your oil is black because these tiny soot particles are not even filtered by your 2 micron bypass systems.
Even with the new 2 micron fuel filters, these sub micron contaminents and soot will go right to your injection pump, and into your cylinders.
Another debate for the more environmentally friendly; it it better to spew the waste product into the atmosphere, or send it through your local waste oil recycler?

I've been running 20% WMO to extend my fuel supply, so far, so good at 1400 miles.

Sorry, i didn't read the whole thread.. but why the are people so stoked up putting in their ULSD? Yeah, sure its ULSD and doesn't have the "natural" lubricating properties but they ADD lubricity in the properties to bring it back up to spec.

Nope, cause this thread is all about adding WMO to fuel. Not ulsd.
