Cool August Blackout

Just wondering who has plans on or is thinking about making it to the August Blackout this year? I know August still seems a while away, but it is never to early to plan...This year it will be held on August 16 & 17...Would be nice to meet people in person

Annual August Blackout

Info from Dennis @ NADP

We are reserving spots for ALL competitors/racers/sponsors in the Pit areas and I would like to get a list together of all the racers who are planning on coming to our event. Please email me the following info to dennis@nadp.com

Name:
Race Class competing in:
Equipment/Trailer space required:
Are you bringing a Camper/5th Wheel/RV trailer?:

I will then assign you a stall number and send you information on where it is, when you can gain access to the track and the rules/regs of the facility. Thanks everyone. Be sure to check our website www.augustblackout.com for the latest news and info on the event. We post up the sponsors, invited guests and everything else.

If you are planning on attending but are not competing, info on camping, ticket costs, etc are also on the website.

Fan or not it is to support the MAKE A WISH foundation and to support the BIGGEST DIESEL TRUCK event in CANADA.

There are lots who dont agree with the NADP flag but in all reallity who else does this for the kids and the diesel fanatics out there?????? Are you willing to fork out the $$$$$$ to put on a show of this magnitude and to donate the proceeds to a worthy cause???????

All I can say is this is the premier event of the canadian season with bigger payouts than many events in north america.

Like it or not there is no one else doing this for the enthusiast so SUPORT the cause and come out for a good time with good people. James

I look at the Blackout this way:
It raises money for a great cause (to see sick children get a smile put on their faces) ~ Make a Wish Foundation
A bunch of trucks get to come together and show off
It is a time for everyone to have fun and forget all rivalries

We all share the same love for diesels...so why should certain company names mean anything on a day like that?
