Unhappy silacone

i was wondering,i took my fender flares off to be painted,when i put them on i put a bead of silacone around the egde to seal it from any dust and water to get in the seal.anyway does anybody know what i can use to remove the silacone from the paint body without @#$%in up the paint thanks dave

try using something like brake clean or varsol and using your finger to rub it off. Good luck

I think brake cleaner might mess up the paint, it messed up my powder coating on my trackbar.

Everybody forgets about your fuel. Diesel is just about WD-40. Works great for tar, tree sap whatever. And it wont hurt the paint. Alittle rubbing with your finger and a rag with diesel should rub that silicone off.
