ABS brakes and -20C weather
I have a 2001 daully. When the temp hits -20c, the ABS shuts down. We have changed the sensors in the rear end, ABS controller and wiring harness to the rear sensor. None of this seems to help. As soon as the temp gets above -20C and if you cycle the power, the warning lights got out and the ABS works. This is really fustrating when pulling a loaded stock trailer in the winter, never sure if you have ABS or if you are going to go skidding, like i did last winter. That jack knife incident cost me $6000
