I would suggest deleting the filter and just packing the housing with sand - I read on here that filters are bad because they filter out the good stuff.

Had to chime in, Could not resist

Is this W askin, thought he drove a power choke. I think its located next to the butt tap, next to the Muffler fuse which is located next to the wind shield washer regeneration machine.

it would be a good idea to rebuild the carburetor, the 2006s have a faulty gasket somewhere.
