Dyno in Fairbanks?

My son told me he heard a radio ad this summer for a dyno here in Fairbanks. Does anyone know of one? If so, What's the name of the place and where is it located. I think he might be confused but am hoping not.

The only radio ad I have heard for a dyno in town is for the motorcycle dyno at Thunder Road on College Ave.
