help, noise is driving me crazy

Just so everyone isnt left hangin, it turned out to be a blown exhaust manifold gasket.

96' Ram 2500 Laramie SLT, Ext Cab, LongBed, 3/4 ton, 2wd ,w/ the 5.9L Turbo Diesel, 47RE AutoTrans., fuel plate moved forward, starwheel gutted AFC housing, BHAF air filter, Heat shield, 4" turbo back straight piped, and the White Night rear lighting system.

Problem resolved

It was the exhaust manifold gasket that was making the noise, as I stated before.
