HUM......i know we are kind of lean up in your neck of the woods......Hate to say it but you might be best just ordering from a lower 48 dealer and have them ship to you. Might look at PDR...they are the cloest US dealer I believe to you. I can't even think of one dealer up there......UNLESS the install is the issue....which i would bet that a competent mechanic shop could help you with.
