So get this, I just installed the Edge Juice & Attitude and the EGT probe they sent me is too long . On top of that, the instilation manual says to drill a hole in my exhaust manifold using a 5/16 bit, so I did. And then it says to use a tapper to tap the hole in a 1/8 NPT. So I did. And then the freaking probe bolt won't freaking thread into the manifold . So I had to plug the hole with a bung, and now I have to find a probe bolt thing that will fit in the hole I drilled into my exhaust manifold, and one with a long enough neck so that the probe can even fit. What kind of BS is that? You figure that a company that sells such merchandise and wants a good name for themselves would provide you with the proper instructions and proper equipment. The truck runs great don't get me wrong, but keep in mind, my truck has a plug in a hole that I put in it. Everything else works on the Edge programer and does most definately up the performance of my truck, my EGT just reads the engine compartment temp since it isn't pluged in where it belongs. Just felt like venting to you guys and maybe to see if any of you ever encountered a problem like that or if it was just my luck.
