it does clearly advertise 4 i will give you that but i was always under the impression that there are only 3 levels news to me the only thing that matters is that you enjoy it

I actually installed an EZ on my dads 04.5 today and I know it only has 3 settings.As for the 03 and 04 I dont have a clue.

I HAVE THE PICS, NOW I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO POST THEM HERE. IF ANYONE WANTS THEM, EMAIL ME AND I'LL SEND THEM. THE ONE WITH THE COVER OFF SHOWS 6 DIFFERENT PAIRS OF TERMINALS TO PUT JUMPERS ON. THREE ON THE LEFT AND 3 ON THE RIGHT. THE FURTHEST TWO TO THE RIGHT HAVE JUMPERS ON THEM. ONE TREMINAL IS CORRODED OFF ON THE LEFT. THAT IS FROM SALT UP NORTH IN THE WINTER. I NEED TO SPRAY SOMETHING IN THERE TO GET IT STOPPED. IF ANYONE HAS THE DIRECTIONS FOR SETTING DIFFERENT LEVELS FOR THIS I WOULD SURE LIKE TO GET THEM.
I FOUND ANOTHER AUCTION ON EBAY AND THIS MAY BE WHERE I SAW 5 SETTINGS. IT ADVERTISES IT AS AN "EDGE COMP" AND WHEN YOU OPEN THE PAGE IT CALLS IT AN "EDGE COMP EZ" THE HORSE POWER RATINGS ON IT ARE VERY BIG. EBAY Item number: 300224879247. LOOK AT "Edge Products Comp Diesel Chip 01-02 RAM CUMMINS 5.9L" ONE OF THE TWO WILL SHOW YOU IT.

the edge comp is a totally different chip all together!!it is 5 level adjustable on the fly as well as 5 sub levels for low boost fueling!! it acts as an edge EZ without the wire tapped and is only available for th 98.5 to 02 24v's with a vp44 injection pump!

As for the edge EZ for your truck there is 3 settings that are adjustable but not recommended by edge and they will void the warranty if the box has been opened either way with the EZ it is a 65hp chip and will not ever be awesome by itself!! if you want more out of it then i suggest getting a smarty or some other fueling only programmer

I put the EZ in last night and it's exactly what I was looking for. My truck is probably close to a 318 gasser (maybe not) in acceleration and I should get better mileage out of it if I lay off the accelerator.

No kidding though, it really did give the truck a breath of fresh air.

Only 3 settings on the EZ--25hp, 45hp, and 65 hp.
The 03-07 models have on the fly adjustablility (toggle switch).

mine is timing only... some in later models are pressure boxes, mine is timing however....

I installed the EZ on my '03 and it has 4 levels and up to 70 horsepower at that level. Made an instant difference in power and MPG!! I was wanting the Juice w/ attitude, but got this on EBAY for about $70 - thats $1 per horse!! Can't complain!

I'm runnin the EZ. I love it. 4 settings in lit. a 5th that I read about somewhere but can't remember the how to.
