Who's license plate light is hanging?

Who's license plate light is hanging down by the hitch? The stupid thing broke off Looks like the plastic melts or something. Same thing happened on my 96 Dodge. Does anyone know where you can get that part from without having to go to the dealer. It really annoys me.

I have never run into that....I've had a 98 1500 , an 04.5 2500 and this one.
I did a quick search on the web and didn't come up with anything.....maybe check the scrap yards?
