Hey guys! If your in the area how bout we get together somewhere. Anybody know when Flip's is having another car show?

buckettruck - The Flip's thing is the last Saturday of every month. I think the one at Vaughn and Taylor is the only one they do it at, but not sure. That's the one I have gone to a few times.

So, October 27th will be this coming Flips. I'm game. I clean my truck up, back it in and pop the hood.

Will probably get laughed at, but what the hey!

Sounds like a blast! I'm sorry I haven't been able to catch up with you. I had to work late both days this week on trouble calls.

I don't think mine is in the condition to be in the show, though. It's been well loved!

Where is this Flips thing held?

1997 Ram 3500, auto, 4X4. 4" Diamondeye, Icebox, Danin/Optix pyro, boost and trans. Deep trans. pan. LED marker, tail and clearance lights. Mr. Bob's hoses, 330s and a little adjustment here and here. Some stuff added some stuff removed, KDP tabbed.

It's on the east side of town. If you come into Montgomery on I 65 take the interchange onto I 85. Go thru town and get off at the Taylor rd exit. Take a right onto Taylor Rd. and go about a mile to the intersection of Taylor and Vaughn. You'll see Flip's restaraunt across the intersection to your left, infront of the Winn-Dixie.

Rosewood - My wife will be gone all day. It will be a little bit of a challenge for me to bring all 3 boys (7, 4 & 2) but I'm willing! I'll plan on doing it. I'll be in a blue Ram. Maybe I'll see you there. I won't be backing it in and popping the hood ... that would be embarassing.

Rosewood - I think you missed it. It was yesterday and got started about 5 pm. I showed up about 5:45 pm. Quite a few good looking cars, and a couple good looking Rams.

I kept an eye out for other Rams. Saw a couple newer ones pull in. But I don't think it was anyone from here. And my boys kept wanting to, "show me something." It turned out it was a (halloween) candy bowl everytime.

I took 1 polish lap around Flips as I was leaving thinking if there was a CF guy or two there, they'd flag me down. But I guess I was the only one. Next month!

man i am so sorry. it has been a busy week. i didnt even realize it was the last weekend in oct. i though next weekend was. this month has flown by.
