06+ headlight adjustments?

I just bought a set of nightrunner headlights for my 07 and I need to adjust them to get them shining properly. I need to adjust them vertically but I also need to adjust the passenger side to the right some. I can't see as far over to the right as I can to the left. Is it possible to adjust them side to side. Help me adjust these quick guys, don't want to be driving around blinding people or unable to see properly.

The only adjustment for these are the vertical adjustment, located on the radiator side of the light.

That's what I was afraid of. So how would I go about focusing my light out towards the passenger side a little.
