Shifting late from 1st to second?

Lately it's been shifting late and today it wouldn't shift out of first. I shut of the truck and restarted it and it will be fine and shift normally only does it from 1st to second and I have no check engine codes and oil level is fine. Tranny isn't slipping. What do u guys think it could be?

Adjust front band. It's external adjustment.

late shifting

I have had similar issue only from third to fourth. it will rev up to 2500 and around 50-60 mph. is this a tranny slippage issue? fluid levels are fine.
