Any way to tell?

Is there any way to tell if the injector pump on my truck is the original or not? (I know, fat chance but though I would check if I can)

I don't know of a definitive way to tell, but you can look for the typical signs of replacement. Clean, warrenty void sticker, nicked bolts, etc...

It looks very clean and none of the bolt heads have marks on them, where would the warrenty sticker be? under the plastic cover?

Yellow sticker bridging the mating surface between the pump and wiring harness.
