Clutch will not disengage!

We finally got my transmission fixed, NV5600. Put the input shaft in and some of the bearings that had to be removed for the other repairs. After getting everything back together last night we took the truck off the lift, cranked it, and tried to put it in gear. It seems the clutch is not disengaging. The pedal pressure is about a quarter what it was before all this happened. We also put in new clutch disk and throw out bearing. The pressure plate moves a lil bit but not enough to disengage. Trying to figure out where to put my money on this, already got enough into the repairs and now need something else. . What are your thoughts, throw another upgrade hydraulic on and hope that fixes it or is there something else I should try first?

Thanks for any and all help on this.

put them in per the labels on them. So shouldn't be unless they were mislabeled.

Probably slave cylinder. Anyone press the clutch pedal while the slave was out of the bellhousing? It has air in the system now.

Them... is it a dual disc? Was it in before or is this a new dual disc upgrade from a single?

Well turns out it wasn't the slave or master cylinders. Put a new HD set on, didn't really need them since the other HD set was still good. Turns out in our hurry, and lack of sleep in the middle of the night, we put the pressure plate on wrong, it was not on the marks. And the pressure plate needed shimmed. Now it works and truck is doing good for now.
