Take to a local trans shop and have him do a quick check.

So I have the same problem and think I stumbled on the solution last night. There's another thread on here entitled "DTT trans - No Low Gear" same problem we're having and the shop told him to replace the governor solenoid and pressure sensor... it worked. I also found another post in a different forum

Governor Pressure Solenoid / Sensor - TDR Roundtable

same problem and the same fixed worked. I plan on spending the $160 to buy the sensor and solenoid and trying it out. Almost 100% its your problem too.

Hope it helps....

I haven't done it yet... Only discovered the solution last night. Hopefully, by the end of this week though.

I just completed the fix, swapped out both the sensor and the solenoid. Works great! Shifts just like when it came off the lot.

Very simple. Just drop the pan and you'll see both the solenoid and the sensor held on by a bracket. Remove the 3 hex hds and the 2 torx bit screws. The bracket pulls down and the solenoid comes with it, then you can remove the sensor.
