98.5-02 PowertrainDiscussion of components that are directly involved in the power production and all that is needed to get and keep the truck moving . Engine , Transmission Ect..NO ADVERTISING .
title says it all. i had the tranmission flushed at valvoline and i found out today it takes a special fluid. they did put a full sythentic in but im not sure if its right. also what fluid goes in the transfercase? i beleive its ATF but im just double checking. any help is appericated!!

pick up a haynes manual, it will do you some good. I buy one for every vehicle I own.
yea yea im smarter then a fifth grader. i just didint recall the ratio of pint to quart considering ive never put pints of anything in my truck its always quarts!
