Think I may need a clutch??

I have an 01 H.O. with the 6spd obviously, the specs are in my sig... (pretty much stock), It has 300,000kms on it. I bought it almost 2 years ago and the trans has always been a little sticky on shifts, I have always had a standard so I'm used to shifting. Lately the trans has been getting hard to shift, grinding on the 2-3rd upshift and the 3-4 some times. I thought it was maybe the syncros on their way out, but now it's hard to get into gear even at a stand still, I am definatly pushing the pedal all the way down. You think it's the hyros are on the way out, or do I need a clutch? I was planning to grab a programmer here shortly and was going to get a clutch soon there after, might have to swtch those around maybe. Any help would be great guys. Rob

Hey Dan, thanks for the reply. I havent swapped the fluid out yet. the previous owner had it changed not long before I bought it. I am due and oil change anyway, so while i'm under it would not be a big deal. Is there a good oil, synth or convetional that I should run it it to make shifts easier? Thanks again, Rob.

I am not totally sure Cowboy. It was changed at the local dealer, but after hitting the "search" I see they recommend the Mopar Limited slip add. I'm not sure if the local dealer knows about that, so I'm enroute to get some Amsoil Syncromesh and a botlle of the addative, fluid change is cheaper and never hurts. Thanks for you help guys, I'll let you know how it goes. Rob
