98.5-02 PowertrainDiscussion of components that are directly involved in the power production and all that is needed to get and keep the truck moving . Engine , Transmission Ect..NO ADVERTISING .
I did at least 30 min of searching and all the posts that came up didnt help one bit. I need the torque specs for the bolts from:
Flywheel to Crank
Pressure plate to flywheel
Tranny housing to Engine block
Front Driveline Flange
All for a 2001 24v NV5600 with the 13" clutch and Valair HD stock replacement and 3400# pressure plate. And in Ft/lb to. none of that metric crap.

18-20 ft lbs pressure plate to flywheel

just get the bellhousing pretty tight, but remember it is aluminum, as far as the front driveshaft the upper(t-case) yoke should be tight, pretty much all a 3/8 ratchet will handle, but the lower u-joint yoke doesn't take much! you will strip em

now that i look at dans sheet that came with the clutch i see the flywheel and pressure plate ratings. dummy me
