trouble shooting thread

OBD II Error Codes - Gather error codes from the onboard computers (PCM/ECM). This give the biggest clues to the faults and/or problems. http://mopar.mopar1973man.com/pdf/error-codes.pdf http://www.edgeproducts.com/product_...cle-pdf-39.pdf Lift Pump Diagnostics Since most all engine problem revolve around poor fuel system and lift pumps please check for proper fuel pressure and volume. ]TROUBLESHOOTING APPS Sensor Removal and Replacemnt listed here. Some other technical information given. Apps Reset How to properly calibrate your APPS sensor to the ECM once again. Voltage Drop -How to test your main battery supply cables for faults. Hard Starting With Hot Engine -Hard start when hot? Check this link. OTHER DIAGNOSTIC INFORMATION Here is some PDF documents to help with repair, troubleshooting, etc...
