its says tps...anybody have this pop up now and then? the truck isnt even acting up itr runnin like a chap and im suppose to go on a trip tommarow. just curios if this happens....

P0222 Idle Validation Signals Both Low Problem detected with idle validation circuits within APPS.

APPS sensor is shot...

Here is a cheaper replacement than the dealer...
Alternate APPS

This is what wrong with it...


There is 2 switches inside that determine if it idling or not.

but my question is can i drive it.....or is it risky....like will it cut out and not work or will i just have to deal with hesitation...becuase im not feeling anything right now

I'm getting that code, too. I think mine is related to having the APPS electrical filter installed.

wow, good to know moparman, I changed one for 500 a couple years ago, all it would do is idle when it failed. Is this what he is talking about? One guy told me to reset the pedal travel when it did it a year ago. It hasn't failed since, but then it hasn't ran for 3 months.
