If you go back to #76 on this thread and click on the "my original post" you'll get the whole scoop on it. I've threatened lawsuit, telling the media with the usual " I'm sorry sir.....da da da." But I'm not done yet.

2001 Dodge Cummins,SLT Laramie, 2500 Auto, 4X4 Quad Cab LB, just recently installed vulcan pusher pump kit, a big plus. Amsoil all the way with remote oil filter and by-pass filter(Amsoil dealer), Walbro 392 lp. Rebuilt VP44 @ 73000 mi. Banks exhaust brake.

Actually it's just Thomas.

The truck is model year 2000. The original detailed post (on that other site) is here: Original Post

There is a link to PDF's of all Warranty Information Booklets 1997-2007 near the end of the original post. Unfortunately, the PDF's, while having all pages of the booklets, don't have the covers. The reason that the covers might be of interest is that the inside back cover for, at least, model years 1998-2002 states that the warranty applies to ALL owners with no mention of a transfer fee.

From what I know the ISB sold to dodge is sold with out any warranty form Cummins, all warranty is coverd by DC.
