O ring the head and head studs(Hamilton's diesel $1400)
Exhaust manifold(not sure)

new clutch(suggest a good one...i'm thinking about a dual disk from valair. i've got an FE now)
Custom 8" dual mitres.

Heres some of what i've already had to buy, but havent put on yet. spent some other money on this.

new MWFI VP-44

HTT or II 64, and a s400 or s480 twin setup

some 200-250hp injectors

MONSTER vp44

the airdog is good

wally @ ftediesl can get you those stacks

take off all your wire tap mods and just get/use a smarty

then have the internals blue printed, cam, pistons, lifters ,fluidampr, etc the whole nine yards that can eb done to the motor itself

just with that kind of money you can try to stay away from bolt ons

If I were going to go to a DD I would give peter as South Bend a call. As far as the turbos are conserned you just missed a really good deal on a set of 64 over an s 480. Put that with some 220 or 250 injectors and it would be a running mother....

buy a southbenddouble disc. warranty will replace anytime and the 3850 runs really nice. use your stock turbo and buy a kit to use an ht3b or s400or whateverand make your own twins, half the price just as much air. make sure to use like a 14cm wastegated housing on to so that the top turbo can free spin once the bottom turbo lights. get like a nice quality set of injectors like dynomite diesel or scheid and get like 150s because your not raical enough for 200s o ever clean up and its gonna cause a ty bottom end and a lot of wasted fuel. stick with like a drag comp smarty stack. or ppump it for real power. get a brand new remand head with 4000rpm valve springs and use that they flow better and get a +.020 gasket from pdi its $225 seals ten times better and willhelp contain more boost. you might want to get the head fire ringed depending on what kind of turbos you plan on and save the rest for what you break.

if you have 9K spending it on a depreciating investment it isn't always the wisest decision, but if I had an extra 9K just sitting around Id invest half of it and play with the rest. If managed correctly it could take no time at all to recoup your investment

I would go with a southbend 3600 DD and his hydraulics. And you don’t need twins to do the power you want.

I'd run a good twin set up if your going to DD that kind of power. I'd also dump that CFM intake also, waste of money on 2nd gen. Use the money on something else. Maybe put the money towards a cam.
