I have a 2000 ram with a more than enough fuel and BD boots and an ATS 3 piece manifold. I have Scott(Graphicman) old Sledpuller 66, when he sold it to me it was set at around 50 lbs of boost. The problem I am having is that I cannot get more than 35 lbs of boost, it does not bleed off, but holds that 35 lbs. I have not adjusted the wastegate at all b/c I assume that if it was 50 on his truck it would be on mine too. Do I need to adjust the wastegate or check for boost leaks. Any input is valued.
Thanks,
Rick

you should have no problems hitting 50psi with your set-up....has it done it since you got it??

pull the boos elbow off the turbo and make sure it's the one with a Tiny little hole in it
another trick is clamp off the hose going to the W/G and see if that helps
i did adjust the w/g to hit 50psi....so you should have no problem hitting it

Scott I am not blaiming you in anyway. I am just trying to figure out what is going on with the truck...I was thinking of getting one of the adjustable boost elbows to see if that makes a difference.
Thanks again Scott.

What can I clamp it off with, without hurting the hose?
i would use V/grips or a small "c" clamp...it's hard to hurt that hose, it's pretty thick
i am 99% sure i left the boost elbow in it....but check it to be 100%
