Still got an egt problem

Well I sold my 125hp injectors cuz they wasnt big enough for my 64mm turbo when towing and got to deal with the guys at diesel auto power and the service is great and got an s&b Cai tunnel ram intake and a set of there 200hp injectors and tonight i git it all put in and went for a drive and at 70mph empty my egts are running 800. So is this hotter than normal? Can i do anything else to help? Could my gauge be off? Or do i just need to sell the 64 and get a 62?
