Lift pump before anything else. Also get a fuel pressure gauge too. Then you can do intake, exhuast and programmer.

Since you already have gauges, lift pump upgrade and trans upgrades... Then you can think about adding power safely.

Id do in this order:
1. Lift pump airdog, fass, raptor. Any will do id get a 150 gph pump as it will handle all future upgrades, even if you.dont plan on it. Its there in case
2. New clutch as i see you said it was a 5 sp
3. BHAF Big honkin air filter
4. Exhaust
5. Then whatever programmer you want id say edge comp since you have gauges or a smarty as you have a manual trans.
Hope that helps.
Andrew

I run an auto so not to sure on what all needs to be upgraded on a manual. They are a bit more stout then an auto for sure, but when you started adding power things wear and break faster.

For the filter, plenty of options and like mentioned get yourself a filter cover to run in dusty conditions.
